Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN

To return an eligible full-price item, contact info@sencillasalt.com or via the Contact us page at the bottom of our website. A member of the Customer Service Team will respond within 48h between Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

WHEN CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE INCLUDE:

  • Your order number and name on the order
  • We’ll then provide the return address and further instructions to complete your return
  • We advise using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage as Sencilla Salt is not responsible for items lost in transit
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 working days for inspection and processing

FAULTS & DAMAGES

We hope your item arrives in perfect condition, but if something isn’t right:

Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect by contacting info@sencillasalt.com

Returns for faulty items must also be sent via tracked post with proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

FULL - PRICE ITEMS

Items purchased at full price are eligible for return (excluding underwear) under the following conditions:

  • Items must arrive back within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging
  • Any signs of wear or damage will result in a rejected return, and the item will be sent back to you

 

UNDERWEAR

Items located in the underwear section on our website are not eligible for return (unless damaged) in which case please contact info@sencillasalt.com.
